Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to quotes and moves from Providence Premier Movers. Last updated October 11, 2026.

Quotes

Our written quotes give the crew size, the hourly rate and an estimated time range, and are valid for 30 days. Hourly moves are billed for the time worked, with a three-hour minimum and travel time from our yard billed once. If you add items or services on the day, we agree the change with you before carrying on.

Payment

Local moves are paid at the end of the move. We don't ask for large cash deposits. Interstate moves follow the estimate and bill of lading you sign, under federal rules.

Coverage

Every move includes basic released value coverage of 60 cents per pound per item. Fuller coverage is available at extra cost; ask before moving day. Items you pack yourself are covered for loss but not for damage inside the box unless the box itself was damaged.

Changes and Cancellations

You can move or cancel your date at no cost up to 72 hours before the move. Storage is billed monthly and can end at any time with your final delivery.
